If you have an unfulfilled order you'd like to cancel, please find your order confirmation email and respond with "Please cancel this order". Lucy, our AI agent, will attempt to help you and automatically cancel the order. If Lucy is unable to execute this task outside of business hours, your ticket will be handed over to Jamie our community support guru, and she will reach out to assist you.
Important Note: We focus on extremely fast shipping / delivery service and our warehouse moves very quickly with fulfillment. There is no guarantee that our community support staff will be able to cancel the order before it's fulfilled. If the order is fulfilled by the time we get to your request / ticket, we will have to initiate a return for you to send the unopened package back to us for a refund. If you have an active subscription with us, this is why we send a notification out 3 days prior so you have ample time to manage your subscription.
